Neotame is a dipeptide methyl ester derivate and was approved by EFSA. It is a sweetener and flavour enhancer in foodstuff and is allowed in the European Union since january 20th 2010. It is known by the E number E961. It's systemic name is N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L-alpha-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine-1-methyl ester and the sweetness factor i approximately 7000 t 13000 times greater than that of sucrose. ReseaChem has prepared a new series of reporter groups, linkers and their conjugates. These compounds are widely used in biology and biological chemistry and provide an extension of ReseaChem's portfolio of metabolites and rare fine chemicals. Currently available are various functionalized oligo(ethylen glycol) linkers and derivatives of carboxyfluorescein and biotine. Other compounds will be added continuously. Substituted cathinones, like 4-Methylmethcathinone and 4-Methoxymethcathinone, and also the beta-keto analogue of MBDB (Butylone hydrochloride) are available in various online shops as research chemicals.
